Inventec comes back with their latest mobile internet device namely the Inventec Dr Eye. This Android-powered MID features a 4.8-inch touchscreen display, a 600MHz Marvell 624 processor, a QWERTY keyboard and Android 1.6 OS (Upgradable to Android 2.1). Other specifications include an integrated Wi-Fi, 3G and a webcam. The Inventec Dr Eye Android-powered MID retails for approx. $400. Video after the jump.
