Seems to be a shortage of energy in a lot of peoples lives, I have had a few mums in lately looking tired.
I can always tell dark under the eyes, dull skin and hair, overweight from not eating properly, no spark.
What needs to be done to recapture that spark and look of vitality?
Well when some one comes to me looking to recapture vitality it comes back to there personal situation, I will look at life style factors. Things like nutrition that’s a general term and includes things like spacing of meals correct calorie intake macro nutrients like fats ,carbs and protein ,that’s right I find a lot of people don’t have enough good fats in there diet, other factors include stress levels, sleep ,exercise, hydration, are there medical issues history of low iron etc? Or drug interactions,
I have to take a very holistic approach with this so if there is no obvious reason I will take the person back to a healthy base line that is, correct nutrition, correct calories ,hydration.
I may help the client find healthier ways to release stress, we may do stretching to relax the body it all depends on whets needed, any way I work it through step by step until we can get that persons energy and vitality back.
The really unfortunate thing when talking about energy and vitality is that a lot of people don’t realise its lacking.
That is they have gotten so used to feeling crappy they think it’s normal.
Its most apparent with our eating programs I will put some one on Ultralite for 5 weeks take off 10kg balance there blood sugars get them eating correctly add some good fats in and they literally recapture there youth, ladies in particular by week 3 are just glowing ,The biggest comment I HAVNT FELT LIKE THIS SINCE I WAS 20.
You don’t have to live a life with out vitality you just have to choose not to and act
