THE SECRET OF YOUTH

Is exercise the fountain of youth? Probably not but it certainly stops an old person moving into your body at any age.
John trains at flexit 4 times a week; He is in his 60s and can still squat more than the guys 40 years his junior.
The resistance training keeps him strong and resistant to injury and the cardio he does keeps his fitness up.
Barb comes in twice a week, Barb in her 70s, does cardio and a light resistance circuit this keeps her mobile and in the garden.
Susan wanted to look and feel younger, she had the baby about 12 months ago and things had changed.
She had put on 10 kg; she was a bit unfit, feeling tired and not feeling good about herself.
We put her in our transformation program in 5 weeks we took off those 10 kg, brought her fitness up, fixed her eating up, cut down the caffeine.
We added in some healthy oils into her eating, got rid of sugar poisons out of her system and she just glowed.
Her words “I haven’t looked like this or felt so good since my 20s”.
Within weeks of having a good program in place you can see significant improvement in fitness, strength, and mobility no matter what your age.
Often I hear people speak about age related diseases, such as heart disease, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, hip fractures etc as a part of getting older that we just have to accept and will one day inevitably happen to all of us...this does not have to be the case! The second stage of life with kids and family can be a pleasure not a time of feeling like it’s hard to cope or run down
The more you move your body with proper exercise the more your body will respond by making sure you are able to cope with what you are asking of your body in life.
