The challenge was to come up with a program that will Rip up a normal fit person in 5 weeks.
We experimented around over a few months in the end we came up with a plan that we can test and measure that uses real food not tuna and rice cakes.
we settled on a ketogenic program combined with a one of cutting routine in the gym.
