HAHAHAHAHA!!!!

So I read on Ines Ligron's blog a whole bunch of gossip regarding what's going on at Miss Universe.

Ines is worried that Sun and Hiroko may not make the semis because during the pre-taping of the introductions, they were both placed in the front. Bad omen? I don't think so. But my intuition says that Korea will make it and Japan won't.

Miss Egypt is apparently a fucking bitch-and just so you know NOT IN INES OWN WORDS....hahaha! (Excuse the fowl language, I only added the fucking bitch for a more dramatic sentence). Ines' own words were "Pain in the neck". Miss Universe 2007, Riyo Mori accidently stepped on Yara's dress backstage, and Yara totally slapped her face!!! She then apologized not realizing that it was Riyo. Riyo forgave her....but the nerve of Miss Egypt-What's wrong with her??? And apparently she smokes likes a chimmney, and when Miss Canada (Who is her roommate, asked her to go outside) Yara replied by saying "What? this is MY ROOM!" Yara should get the award of Miss NON CONGENIALITY!!!! Whatta biatch!

I like Ines....she's cool!

I have been trying to figure out the probabilities of each country's continent making the semis according to the past. It was difficult, but I calculated outcomes from 1997-2007, to see is we can figure out a ratio, of how many the judges will pick from North, Central & South America, Africa, Asia & Oceania, Europe and the Caribbean. Here are my results:

NORTH AMERICA: 100% probability that 3/3 countries will make the cut. Mexico and USA being the leaders with Canada as the darkhorse.

CENTRAL AMERICA: 29% probability that atleast 2/7 countries will make the cut. Panama being the leader and Costa Rica close behind.

SOUTH AMERICA: 38% probability that 3/8 countries will make the cut. Venezuela as the leader, Colombia extremely close behind and Brazil being the upset.

AFRICA: 50% probability that 3/6 countries will make the cut. South Africa being the leader, with Angola extremely close behind and Nigeria being a darkhorse.

ASIA & OCEANIA: 50% probability of 7/14 countries will make the cut. Australia, Thailand, India and Korea being the leaders, Vietnam and Japan close behind, and Philippines being the upset.

EUROPE: 32% probability of 10/31 countries will make the cut. Spain being the leader, Belgium extremely close behind, and Norway, Ukraine, Ireland and Russia being the darkhorses. *The European group in my opinion, was very weak this year. They started the competition with fierce attitudes, but only a few had stayed consistent. Most of the European girls lost the will to win because they were homesick.

CARIBBEAN: 36% probability of 4/11 countries making the cut. Puerto Rico being the clear leader of this category. Close behind is Dominican Republic. Darkhorses include Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago

So if I take a look at previous years and the consistency of countries placing in the semis, I have come up with a final 15. This is according to the statistics that I have calculated, and based on the countires that are participating this year. *Remember that North America is the highest in it's category at 100%, BUT they also have the smallest ratio of countries (Being 3). The Lowest ratio comes from Central America at 29%. So this is how I forsee the final night:

1. North America
2. North America
3. North America
4. Central America
5. South America
6. South America
7. Africa
8. Africa
9. Asia & Oceania
10. Asia & Oceania
11. Asia & Oceania
12. Europe
13. Europe
14. Caribbean
15. Caribbean

Now if I place countries of whom I think will make the cut, realistically without being BIAS and how the MO system works-this is what I would see:

1. Mexico-Elisa Najera
2. USA-Crystle Stewart
3. Canada-Samantha Tajik
4. Panama-Carolina Dementiev
5. Venezuela-Dayana Mendoza
6. Colombia-Taliana Vargas
7. South Africa-Tansey Coetzee
8. Angola-Lesliana Pereira
9. Australia-Laura Dundovic
10. India-Simran Kaur Mundi
11. Vietnam-Thuy Lam Nguyen
12. Spain-Claudia Moro
13. Belgium-Alizee Poulicek
14. Puerto Rico-Ingrid Marie Rivera
15. Dominican Republic-Marianne Cruz

This is all based on favoritism, consistency, and all of the politics that come along with Miss Universe. On the other hand....this is NOT my top 15. Because I have girls from all over the place!

I'll be back for more later!
